💰 Refund Policy
Understanding our refund and cancellation policies
1. Registration Fee Refund
The one-time registration fee of 3,000 XAF is generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical error caused overcharging
- Account cannot be activated after 14 days
- Platform permanently discontinues services
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support via email at contact@quickbolo.com
- Provide your account username and registration email
- Explain the reason for refund request
- Include payment proof or transaction ID
- Wait for review (3-5 business days)
3. Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds are considered under these conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: Full refund of extra payment
- Technical Error: Full refund of overcharged amount
- Account Not Activated: Full refund after 14 days
- Service Discontinuation: Pro-rated refund for unused services
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after registration
- Inability to complete tasks
- Low earnings or inactivity
- Account violation or termination
- Already earned commissions or withdrawals
- Registration fee paid more than 30 days ago
5. Commission and Earnings Refunds
Earned commissions and task rewards are non-refundable. Once credited to your account, they cannot be reversed except in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity detection
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Technical error causing incorrect crediting
6. Withdrawal Refunds
Once a withdrawal request is approved and processed, it cannot be reversed. If there's an error in the withdrawal:
- Contact support within 48 hours
- Provide proof of incorrect transaction
- We will investigate and correct if valid
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All pending commissions/earnings will be forfeited
- You will be responsible for chargeback fees
- Account will be terminated after investigation
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
- 5-7 business days for mobile money
- 7-10 business days for bank transfers
- Refunds are issued to original payment method
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- No further tasks can be completed
- Pending withdrawals will be processed
- Unpaid commissions will be forfeited
- Registration fee is non-refundable
10. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Submit an appeal in writing within 14 days
- Provide additional documentation
- Request review by management
- Decision will be communicated within 7 days
