📜 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickBolo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not create multiple accounts or use automated systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Registration Fee

A one-time registration fee of 3,000 XAF is required to activate your account. This fee is non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Tasks and Earnings

Users can earn money by completing various tasks including:

• Watching videos
• Liking social media content
• Commenting on posts
• Sharing content
• Referring new users

Earnings are credited to your account upon task completion and approval. We reserve the right to verify task completion before crediting rewards.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program offers:

• Level 1 Commission: 40% of registration fee (1,200 XAF) per direct referral
• Level 2 Commission: 10% of your referrals' task earnings

Referral bonuses are credited after the referred user's payment is verified and approved.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 2,000 XAF
• Processing time: 24-48 hours after approval
• Transaction fee: 2% of withdrawal amount
• Valid payment method and account details required

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or use bots/automation
• Manipulate tasks or referral system
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the referral system
• Providing false information
• Any conduct harmful to the Platform or other users

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QuickBolo and protected by copyright laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

QuickBolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.
